IJOBSMS is a fully Open Access journal. All published articles are made freely and permanently available online immediately upon publication without subscription fees or access restrictions, in accordance with internationally recognized standards for open scholarly communication.

Copyright Ownership

Authors retain copyright of their published work.

Author Responsibilities

Third-Party Material
