Transparency and Accessibility

IJOBSMS is committed to maintaining complete transparency regarding publication costs and journal policies. Information relating to publication charges, editorial procedures, peer review, copyright, and publication ethics is made publicly available through the journal website.

The journal seeks to ensure that authors, reviewers, readers, and institutions have clear access to information regarding the publication process and associated policies.

Editorial Independence

Editorial decisions are made solely on the basis of scholarly merit, originality, methodological quality, relevance to the journal’s scope, and compliance with publication ethics.

Acceptance, revision, or rejection decisions are not influenced by financial considerations and remain entirely independent of any publication charges or funding arrangements.

The journal maintains a clear separation between editorial evaluation and financial matters to preserve the integrity and objectivity of the publication process.

Future APC Policy

While IJOBSMS currently operates without publication charges, the journal reserves the right to introduce or revise Article Processing Charges in the future if necessary to support editorial management, digital preservation, DOI registration, technical infrastructure, or other publishing services.

Should publication charges be introduced, detailed information regarding applicable fees, payment procedures, waiver policies, and discount provisions will be published on the journal website before implementation.

Waivers and Discounts

If APCs are introduced in the future, the journal may establish waiver or discount programs to support authors who face financial constraints. Such provisions may be considered for researchers from low-resource institutions, developing regions, or other eligible circumstances in accordance with journal policies.

Open Access Commitment

IJOBSMS operates under a full Open Access publishing model. All published articles are freely available online immediately upon publication without subscription fees or access restrictions.

The journal supports the principles of open scholarly communication and promotes unrestricted access to scientific knowledge for researchers, educators, practitioners, policymakers, and the general public.

Ethical Publishing Practices

The journal is committed to maintaining the highest standards of publication ethics, transparency, and research integrity. Editorial and peer review decisions are conducted independently and are guided by scholarly quality, ethical standards, and academic merit.

The journal follows internationally recognized publishing practices and supports the principles and recommendations of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).

Policy Updates Notice: This APC Policy may be reviewed and updated periodically to reflect developments in publishing practices, journal operations, or regulatory requirements. Any revisions will be published on the journal website and will apply prospectively.
