Ethical Compliance
Authors must submit original work, avoid plagiarism, disclose conflicts of interest, acknowledge funding, and obtain ethics approval for studies involving human participants or animals. Misconduct may result in rejection or retraction under COPE guidelines.
Peer Review Process
Manuscripts proceed through a double-blind peer review process. Reviewers evaluate originality, methodological rigor, contribution, and presentation quality. Identities of authors and reviewers remain strictly confidential.
Generative AI Policy
Use of generative AI tools must be transparently disclosed (tool name, purpose, extent of use). AI tools cannot be listed as authors. Authors remain fully accountable for all content and accuracy.

Publication Charges
No Publication Fees: Currently, IJOBSMS does not charge fees for submission, peer review, editorial processing, publication, or online access. Any future updates will be transparently announced.
