Dr. Mandeep Singh is an academic and researcher in the fields of sports science, physical education, sports biomechanics, and related areas of movement science. His academic expertise is relevant to the disciplinary scope of the International Journal of Behavioral Social and Movement Sciences (IJOBSMS).
As Editor-in-Chief, Dr. Singh provides academic and editorial leadership for the journal and oversees the implementation of its editorial policies and peer-review procedures. His responsibilities include supervising manuscript assessment, coordinating the peer-review process, considering reviewer and editorial recommendations, and making final editorial decisions concerning submitted manuscripts.
Editorial decisions are based on the scholarly merit, methodological quality, originality, relevance, ethical compliance, and alignment of manuscripts with the journal’s aims and scope. The Editor-in-Chief is also responsible for supporting consistency, fairness, confidentiality, research integrity, and appropriate management of conflicts of interest throughout the editorial process.
Editorial decisions are undertaken in accordance with the journal’s published editorial and publication-ethics policies. Decisions concerning manuscript acceptance, rejection, correction, expression of concern, or retraction are based on academic and ethical considerations and are intended to remain independent of inappropriate commercial, institutional, or personal influence.
