Advertising and Commercial Independence
E-ISSN: 2277-7547

The International Journal of Behavioral Social and Movement Sciences (IJOBSMS) is dedicated to preserving the integrity, independence, and credibility of scholarly communication. Any advertising, sponsorship, or promotional activity associated with the Journal shall remain separate from editorial operations and shall not influence editorial decisions in any manner.

The Journal evaluates all submitted manuscripts solely on the basis of academic quality, originality, methodological soundness, relevance to the Journal’s scope, and contribution to knowledge. Editorial assessment, peer review, acceptance, and publication decisions are undertaken independently by the Editor-in-Chief and Editorial Board without regard to commercial considerations.

Acceptance of Advertisements

The Journal may consider advertisements related to academic publishing, education, research, conferences, professional development, scientific resources, or other activities relevant to the scholarly community. All advertising material is subject to review prior to acceptance.

Advertisements will not be accepted if they:
Contain false, misleading, or unsubstantiated claims;
Promote unlawful, unethical, or discriminatory activities;
Conflict with the objectives, values, or reputation of the Journal;
Could reasonably be perceived as influencing editorial judgment.

The Journal reserves the right to decline, withdraw, or remove any advertisement at its discretion.

Separation Between Advertising and Editorial Content

Advertising material shall be clearly distinguishable from editorial content. The presence of an advertisement does not constitute endorsement, recommendation, or approval by the Journal, its Editorial Board, reviewers, or publisher.

Advertisers shall have no involvement in manuscript evaluation, editorial decision-making, peer-review procedures, content selection, or publication scheduling.

Sponsorship

Where sponsorship arrangements exist, they will be disclosed in an appropriate and transparent manner. Sponsors shall not influence editorial policies, peer-review processes, publication decisions, or the scientific content published by the Journal.

Website Advertising

Any advertisements displayed on the Journal website shall be presented in a manner that does not interfere with access to scholarly content. Advertising shall not compromise the independence, objectivity, or academic mission of the Journal.

Policy Review Notice: The Journal may revise this policy periodically to reflect developments in publishing standards, ethical guidelines, and operational requirements. The most recent version of the policy shall be available on the Journal website.
