Abstract

Artificial Intelligence (AI) has emerged as one of the most transformative technologies of the twenty-first century, reshaping organizational processes, educational systems, healthcare services, and everyday human interactions. While technological advancements continue to accelerate, successful AI implementation depends not only on technical capabilities but also on individuals\' behavioral willingness to adopt and integrate these technologies into their personal and professional lives. Behavioral adaptation encompasses cognitive acceptance, emotional readiness, trust, digital competence, and continuous learning, all of which significantly influence AI adoption outcomes.

This study investigates the behavioral perspectives influencing adaptation to AI technologies by examining key factors such as technology acceptance, perceived usefulness, self-efficacy, organizational support, and innovation readiness. A quantitative research design was employed using survey data collected from 250 participants representing students, professionals, educators, and business employees. Descriptive statistical techniques were applied to analyze behavioral responses toward AI adoption. The findings indicate that perceived usefulness, digital literacy, learning orientation, and organizational support positively influence behavioral adaptation, whereas concerns regarding privacy, job displacement, and ethical uncertainty remain significant barriers.

The study contributes to the growing body of literature on AI adoption by emphasizing that behavioral readiness is as important as technological infrastructure for successful implementation. The results provide valuable insights for policymakers, educators, organizations, and technology developers seeking to enhance AI acceptance through behavioral interventions, training initiatives, and supportive institutional environments.
