Technology has become an indispensable component of contemporary higher education, influencing the ways students and faculty members teach, learn, communicate, collaborate, and perform academic activities. The successful adoption of educational technologies depends not only on the availability of digital resources but also on users\' willingness to accept and effectively utilize these technologies. Technology acceptance has consequently emerged as an important factor that shapes behavioral change within academic communities by encouraging innovative teaching practices, collaborative learning, digital communication, and continuous professional development. The present study examines the influence of technology acceptance on behavioral change among higher education students and faculty members using a quantitative cross-sectional research design. Data were collected from 250 respondents through a structured five-point Likert scale questionnaire and analyzed using descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, Pearson correlation analysis, and regression analysis. The findings indicate that higher levels of technology acceptance positively influence learning and teaching engagement, technology usage confidence, collaborative behavior, digital communication, and adaptability to educational technologies. Participants demonstrating greater acceptance of educational technologies also reported more positive behavioral changes in academic environments. The study concludes that promoting technology acceptance through institutional support, digital training, and user-centered technology implementation can significantly strengthen positive behavioral transformation in higher education. The findings provide practical implications for educators, administrators, technology developers, and policymakers seeking to foster digitally empowered academic communities.
