Kinematic characteristics of everyday movement behaviors provide valuable insights into how individuals perform routine activities such as walking, sitting, standing, lifting, and reaching. This study examined the relationship between key kinematic variables and movement efficiency among young adults. A quantitative cross-sectional design was conducted with 120 university students selected through simple random sampling. Joint angle, gait velocity, and movement stability were assessed using structured observation and motion analysis techniques. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and Pearson correlation in SPSS Version 26. The results showed moderate-to-high kinematic efficiency, with a mean gait velocity of 1.32 m/s, average joint flexion angle of 62.4°, and postural stability index of 78.6. A significant positive correlation was found between kinematic efficiency and movement performance (r = 0.701, p < 0.001). The findings indicate that efficient kinematic patterns enhance functional movement and reduce biomechanical stress, emphasizing the value of kinematic assessment in physical education, rehabilitation, and ergonomics.
