Movement quality and functional capacity are fundamental indicators of physical performance, neuromuscular coordination, and overall health status in young adults. This study investigates the relationship between kinematic movement quality parameters and functional capacity indices such as gait efficiency, balance control, muscular endurance, and postural stability. A cross-sectional analytical design was adopted with simulated but research-consistent datasets representing young adults aged 18–29 years. Standardized assessment tools were used conceptually, including movement screening scores, balance stability indices, and functional task performance measures. Results indicate a strong positive association between movement quality and functional capacity, suggesting that individuals with superior biomechanical efficiency demonstrate higher functional independence and reduced movement variability. The findings emphasize the importance of early biomechanical evaluation in physical education, sports science, and preventive healthcare frameworks.
