Abstract

The aim of this study is to find out whether there is a relationship between factors determining physical fitness and physical self-concept. To evaluate physical fitness are used the student's Physical activities for their mental health. The Physical Self-Concept Questionnaire was used to assess physical self-c oncept. Relationships found between endurance and strength as components of physical fitness and as determinants of physical self-concept in the sample. The same is true of the factors that determine physical self-concept when they are related to each other when they participate in physical activities. Therefore, studying these factors during adolescence is important for the diagnosis and prevention of conditions associated with heart disease in adults. In this regard, several cross-sectional studies have shown an association between physical fitness level and other level.
